Is Safeguarded AI a person?
No. Safeguarded AI is the AI Chief of Staff: an AI colleague that routes and records work. Every AI colleague has a name, a face and an AI badge. The only human today is the founder; human department heads are vacant.
Can the AI send, sign, pay or publish?
No. AI colleagues prepare and check. Anything that commits ORVIA (a quote, a payment, a filing, a post) waits for a person to approve, edit or decline.
What happens to sensitive information?
Restricted (C3) information, such as client, safeguarding, HR or health details, is never sent to an AI model. A named person signs off each read, and the read is logged.
How do I know what actually works?
Every capability carries a label: verified working (proven with evidence), partial (built, not yet proven end to end) or planned. We do not blur them.
Does ORVIA charge VAT?
No. ORVIA Oversight Ltd is not VAT-registered, so prices are shown without VAT.
